Has anyone used Red Light Therapy for Fibromyalgia pain? I also have chronic inflammation; degenerative disc disease caused by arthritis.

Red light therapy works extremely well for fibromyalgia and Arthritis. I use a panel, pod and an infrared blanket.

Yes! I have a large near infrared bulb that I like to sit under. They’re about $40 on amazon. It’s warm and helps everything relax. I haven’t found a red light device I don’t like. Definitely worth the investment.
