Im so worried for her, can someone please guide ... Doctors are refusing for surgery they all are suggesting chemo first than surgery... I've attached latest MRI report.

hasanalam I'm so sorry to hear about your mother. I had a similar path to your mother's. After my first diagnosis I had the chemo and radiation. I was cancer free for 4 years before the cancer came back. Once the cancer has spread , surgery cannot be done because they cannot get clean margins. I have had an immunity treatment, Carboplatin/Taxol treatment and now I am on Tivdak, a new drug for cervical cancer. Once you have metastatic cancer which means it moves to a different organ than the original cancer, it is incurable and the best you can hope for is to keep it stable with no progression.

Like @cancerback said, surgery may not be an option with a recurrence if the cancer has spread beyond the pelvic area. When will she start chemotherapy?
