Hello Anita,
Although I’m not very familiar with Tarlov cysts
I know a tiny bit about them because an acquaintance of mine in England was having seizures and diagnosed with Idiopathic Epilepsy but upon further testing by another Neurologist the cysts were discovered removed and no more seizures. I don’t remember if he had neuropathy but I have had it for over 30 years. Sometimes nerves regenerate sometimes they don’t. However the symptoms may change over time for whatever reason like what happened to myself and @johnbishop. My symptoms started in the bottom of my feet and progressed past my waist. Now my feet are nearly completely numb but it’s certainly better than all the horrible painful sensations I had for so many years. Hopefully your neuropathy will improve as well.
