Recent splenectomy, ok to swim in various bodies of water?

Checking after a splenectomy, and avoiding bacteria. No cuts or open wounds.
Treated swimming pools ok?
Hot tubs for heat therapy?
Oceans, Lakes (that all do contain levels of bacteria), ok?

There are avenues for bacteria through eyes, nose and mouth while in bodies of water.
