Recent scoliosis diagnosis, female, age 75

Im having difficulty standing and walking up straight. My mid and lower back begin to ache so badly, I have to sit for a while.
I need the right physical therapy by experienced therapist.
I live in Omaha Nebraska. Should I start with Nebraska Medicine. . UNMC???
