Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL): R-CHOP-14 or 21
With DLBCL, is there any benefit of doing R-CHOP therapy every 14 days VS 21 days, besides getting it I’ve with quicker? Information on web is spotty and inconclusive, at best yet, both cycles are approved. I’m a 64 year old male who was relatively good health before.

@kippi1950 Thank you for sharing this information about the bispecific antibody treatments that might be used instead of more intensive chemotherapy if possible. This would be a good subject for @kat7707 to discuss with her oncology team! I know she’s really reticent to begin chemotherapy so this may be a viable alternative for her.
I’m posting a link to your previous discussion about your wife’s DLBCL treatment for @kat7707 as a refresher. Mosunetuzumab plus polatuzumab vedotin (BiTE) therapy for DLBCL

How well is your wife tolerating the treatments? Have the followup test results been showing improvements?
