Mine's a 2.

Well 10 weeks post it sucks. Had to have 2nd surgery 9 hours after first at 2am to stop artery bleed. Then few days later a TIA, pathology had small positive margin, then heart started beating out of normal. Then worst of all is this blank blank incontinence!
Then again maybe I am being too negative after 10 weeks. But life was better before surgery. However the cancer had to be delt with even if it wasn't causing any issues.

Two years after my prostatectomy, I was doing great. Never needed ADT and I have no side effects at all.

3 1/2 years after my prostatectomy, the cancer came back and I had to have Salvage radiation.

I sure hope I don't have to stay the way I am now on this incontinence issue, it irritating, annoying and frustrating. I do all the kegels exercises, about 360 a day. Hopefully can start pelvic PT in couple weeks. Doctor said he wouldn't send in a referral for PT until 3 months and that is needed for Medicare payments. Medicare won't pay for PT on self referral. I stopped caffeine and alcohol drinking. Didn't drink much alcohol anyway, so that doesn't bother me much. Was eating lasagna the other night and wanted a glass of wine, but drank a Sprite instead.
I believe it all stress incontinence. When I lay around on couch, sit and visit or sleeping there is no problem leaking. I get the urge to pee and make it to bathroom with few drips when getting up and first few steps. But through the day when I am moving around it's a different story. In morning I weigh pad and it's usually .1 to .4 oz. Once last week .7oz. I believe that all happens when I get up out of bed and a little stress drips. For whatever reason I am getting up 4 times a night and have a full strong stream! I stop drinking around 7PM - 8PM and go to bed at around 12AM. Don't understand how I pee so much at night, yet during the day it's all drips unless I been sitting and visiting. They say they have a mesh thing to put in and can do in an office visit, but doctor saying they like to wait a year. Suppose to really work, but have to wait a year. Oh well, I know people in worse shape and should complain so much. Just a real change if life style in short period of time.
Also in this heat high 90, feel like temp 110 I am starting to get a rash or itch.

Just hit 2 years post RARP and I'm doing great; so a 10. My recovery has exceeded my expectations, so now it's just continue doing daily 1 set of Kegels to maintain pelvic floor strength, regularly test the psa, and hope it doesn't come back (especially since my prostate pathology found both cribriform and IDC).

2-1/2 years out I don’t know how I could be any better. Sure there are annoyances and all but I’m enjoying relationships and having a blast. I plan to keep it just like this until/if another curve ball comes my way. In the meantime, 🥳.

Darn I thought a little progress today. I had been wearing pull ups with pad inside sometimes or sometimes no pad depending where I was going and for how long.
Today did pad in regular cotton men's briefs and pair of shorts. All was going well, went out to eat, went to gym walked 2 miles on treadmill, no leaks and was cooler. Came home changed pads. Stay around house doing much of nothing, went outside walked around checking plants and front of shorts were getting wet. Darn Depends pad had come unstuck and slipped down in briefs. Must not have got it stuck on good? The first one stayed on during a workout and this evening I was just strolling slowly. Might try again tomorrow with men cotton briefs, much cooler. Lots to learn.
