Pulsations inside the head and muscle twitches

Hello everyone! I’m a 19 year old girl and I have been dealing with head pulsations that are so intense, that I cannot focus. For about 5 years it’s happening and ever since the symptoms started, I have had the worst anxiety of my life.. I’ve never felt so much anxiety and I suspect I have an undiagnosed condition because overtime it got worse and I have no control over it. It feels like there’s like multiple arteries inside my head that pulsate throughout my head with different intensity and rhythm. I also have constant muscle twitches that happen every day that also are debilitating on my everyday life, They happen out of nowhere. And both of these symptoms happen constantly 24/7, So if anyone has any idea what this could be please let me know, I am currently trying my best to get the diagnosis I so desperately need.
