Pudendal nerve block success?
Pudendal nerve block success? Has anyone had a pudendal nerve block with success? If yes, how long have you had that condition? And was the block done under fluoroscopy or CT? What other forms of treatment have you found successful? Thank you.

I take Gabapentin 600 mg plus 5mg Valium 3 times per day. Had nerve block in lower spine about 7 weeks ago. Increased pain for about 2 weeks, then subsides somewhat, but still slowly getting worse. Could not get nerve block in preferred area due to enlarged blood vessels. Pain is increasing more and more. Can’t wear pants any longer, can’t sit down comfortable and sleeping is difficult. Need pillows under my back or lay on my side with pillows. Very difficult. Gives me back pain. Use ice packs during the day and at night.
Had 6 sessions of physical therapy, do the exercises- no change.
By now I am afraid of what the future will bring. Anyone else with these issues? Any suggestions? I am a 73 female, with failed back surgery, two knee replacements and hip replacement.
