Anyone willing to share their initial PSA number and age when the were first diagnosed with prostate cancer?

A year ago my psa was 4.0 but nothing suspicious in ultrasound. This year medication reduced it to 0.14 which is good but ultrasound showed suspicious hardening, and MRI showed very likely cancerous but waiting for a biopsy.
