Prostititus

I have chronic pelvic pain in genitals,have had prostititus before but told there is no cure. I take gabapentin for hip pain,maybe increasing the dose will help,I take 900mg daily . any ideas?

Gabapentin, I thought, was an anti-depressant. So I'm surprised your Doctor has prescribed it for pain?

No,it is for nerve pain.
