Has anyone been on Prolia for an extended period? Say 5-10 years?

Wondering how you got your D so high… I’m struggling to keep it in low 30’s ( just made it into sufficient)! I take 1000 2x daily but get nauseous if I up it but I want to get to 3000 daily

anjalima, I don't know why my D is high. I am taking Womens Centrum multivitamin and was taking Caltrate in the evening. This was giving me 1800 D and my D blood test was 47-51, 51 is just out of the range. I wouldn't say I get a lot of D with food or sunlight either.

I have been on Prolia for years now. It was amazing. I have injections twice a year. I have advanced Osteoporosis. Is there something you care to know about it?

123mayo, thanks for the supplement info. I'll look into it.

One other question. How did your doctor determine when you should stop Prolia?

I can never stop Prolia as my Osteoprosis would worsen.
