Problems in getting words out

I have noticed a slightly developing tendency to have difficulty getting what i am thinking actually into words. Its very hard to describe not a stammer, words slightly garbled words maybe. . just happens sometimes. doesn't seem to coincide with anything else though I have been a bit unpredictably breatlhess on occasions and get labynthitis sometimes

@lotsofpain, You are not alone. I sometimes struggle to put my thoughts into words when I'm talking with people or in front of a small group. I think mine may be due to a small amount of anxiety and maybe some stress. Here are some different causes of what you are describing:
