Pressure in my head?

When I was being active, there was pressure in my head and I couldn't hear well

I do have hypertension, and I'm worried because my NP said it could be high BP?

I'm on amlodipine for my BP and it's pretty controlled . I'm also not super used to being active but I try.

I told you why I asked, just for clarity. There’s nothing deeper behind it. I just wanted to understand where you’re coming from and get a clearer picture, not because I’m worried about your blood pressure. It’s not connected to anything specific. Stop jumping to conclusions, you’ll trip and hurt yourself.

The things you’re dealing with right now, this was just a general question. It’s the kind of thing medical professionals ask as a routine check. It doesn’t mean anything specific, it’s just a quick, standard question I’d ask. Sorry for stressing you out, but there really isn’t anything more to it.
