Postprandial Hypotension (After meal b/p drops)

Does anyone suffer from this condition it is sometimes linked to autonomic failure. Interested if anyone has any experience with it.

I have NMOSD.(Neuromyelitis Optica). I have just looked up why this is happening to me. I found this site and so glad!

I have this issue, I have been diagnosed with NMO. (Nueromyelitis Optica). I am paralyzed from T3 down.

Having BP drops or increased fatigue/weakness is not unusual for me as I too have autonomic nervous system issues. Blood is normally shunted towards the gut after meals to help with digestion of meals. When the autonomic nervous system doesn't respond normally to maintain BP - especially under physical stress - after meals is a time when I avoid strenuous activity (exercise, etc.)
