Post thyroidectomy- suspicious lymph nodes almost 6 years later

Hello, I had started to have thyroid issues October 2018 and then went through a thyroid storm of hypo and hyperthyroidism until I was able to see the ENT to schedule surgery for removal. When they removed my thyroid the goiter was 3-4x a normal thyroid, after removing they did a biopsy and found papillary carcinoma but everything was completely contained so I didn't have to go through any radiation or chemotherapy. After having my thyroid removed, my parathyroids temporarily shut down and depleted my body of calcium, where I had to be admitted and ended up with a PICC line in my arm for 2 months for testing and infusions. Was also diagnosed with Graves disease and had bulging eyes. Have been on synthroid ever since. Any blood work and ultrasounds prior have been within normal range, other than adjusting dosage. Just had an ultrasound and they are seeing 2 abnormal enlarged lymph nodes in the left neck soft tissues measuring
11 x 7 x 4 mm and 17 x 12 x 10 mm. The 17 mm lymph node has a slightly
thickened cortex. TSH -0.02, Thyroglobulin Ab- < 1.5, Thyroglobulin- 1. My doctors only response was number looks excellent, am I missing something? I know Google isn't a reliable source, but according to everything I researched those two things together could mean the cancer is back? Could somebody give me some insight?

Lymph nodes may be swollen due to many reasons. Vaccines sometimes make them swell temporarily. You may be fighting off something. If your tumor markers are where they are supposed to be, I have learned not to worry till my endo says it’s time to worry. Good luck!
