Post Kidney Transplant and Pregnancy

Has anyone here had a kidney transplant then a healthy pregnancy and then have a child reach adulthood without any health complications? So much is still unknown about long term outcomes for babies.

@buggzy, I once had been in communication with a young lady who shared with me that she had become pregnant and delivered a healthy baby and we unfortunately lost commnication after several years of address changes and busy lives.
