Post Covid Questions: Anybody else get sick more often after Covid?

Does anybody else get sick more often after getting covid?
I hardly ever got sick prior to getting covid.
I could be around sick people and never got sick.
Now i get the flu...Colds...Runny nose...Sore throat etc etc
all the time.
The other strange thing is....I can do really well or at least better for 3 or 4 weeks etc etc....Then out of nowhere i hit a wall and feel like crap for a few days.
By crap...I mean...My energy is gone...Like when you just get over having the flu.
Just checking to see if anybody else has had this happen?

That seems to describe how I felt for the first year to two years post COVID. These symptoms have become much less frequent; although I do seem more susciptible to other infections, like UTIs than I was pre-COVID. COVID is a nasty infection. And the only way to keep from getting LONG-COVID is to keep from getting COVID.
