Positive vibes ONLY thread

POV: I’m often left stressed and scared after reading this forum. It occurred to me that most of the people posting here have had bad experiences and wonder if people who have good experiences aren’t on a forum? I was listening to a podcast and the person casually threw out that she had OP and had a year of a certain medication NBD all good. She’s not a spokesperson for drugs and it was good to hear. If 75% of women have osteoporosis/penia surely there are good results out there? My PT, Dr and my endo were all like why are you so upset? You’ll be fine! But after I spend time here I’m faced with gloom and doom and feel awful. Hit me with your good stuff!

Wanted to give a 1 year update on Osteoporosis Diagnoses and on Tymlos.
9-11-26 Dexa Scan
Spine, BMD 0.925, T Score -1.1, Femur BMD 0.748 T Score -1.6
9-11-25 Dexa Scan
Spine, BMD 0.704, T Score -2.9, Femur BMD 0.723 T Score -1.8
I was mostly concerned about my Spne due to 2 commpression fractures so to see these #'s gave me some hope that I am moving in the right direction.
Meeting with the Endocrinologist at the end of the month to make a plan for the next year.
Going to continue to do weight training a couple of times a week as well as walking several miles a day, bike riding (may increse the mileage and intensity) swimming and may try to get back playing Golf!
Just wanted to give a update and postive feedback on the progress!
