Polycythemia with MCTD/Autoimmune disorder Lupus, etc.

Hi everyone
Wondering if anyone with polycythemia also has an autoimmune immune disease? I was just diagnosed with muscle tissue disorder and still testing for Lupus. Appreciate and comments. Thanks.
