Pleural effusion in lung

Anyone gave pleural effusion? Mine developed in my left lung after pneumonia. Prior to that my lungs were healthy. I first had an attempted needle removal of the fluid that failed. I was hospitalized in August for a chest tube through which enzymes were introduced to break up the fluid sacs. It produced over two liters of fluid but did not clear the lung. I developed illness in the hospital including hospital pneumonia and liver issues due to being pumped full of antibiotics. Three to four days promised hospitalization turned into 19. I discharged myself after my doctor ordered a colleague to do another needle removal and he refused saying it wouldn’t help and was dangerous. I walked into the hospital on my own and had to be wheelchaired out far sicker. I now have digestive problems, weakness, dizziness and breathing issues far worse than when I went in. Forgot my heart also went into Afib, which it had only done once with my original pneumonia when I went septic. Now on four heart meds.
