PICS : Post Intensive Care Syndrome: What helped you cope?
2018 Liver Transplant
Has anyone else been diagnosed with PICS?
I continue to have nightmares reliving my 5-month hospital stay. Sounds, smells & being touched are still major triggers.
I have had some therapy similar to treating PTSD, and it has helped some with anxiety in public.
I would like to hear about your experiences and what has helped you.
