Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma NOS
My Mom has been diagnosed with Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma NOS. She will start chemotherapy in a few days. I am scared for her and also concerned of her diagnosis. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

From Bangladesh many people travel to China for advanced treatment. I am also planning to into a hospital named Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center located in the city of Guangzhou.

1 ReactionHi @aasadullah I know you were a little hesitant to return to chemotherapy for your relapsing PTCL and that’s understandable. Chemo can be rough on the body and certainly mentally draining. But you’re also young enough to not just ‘toss in the towel’ in defeat. From my understanding the GDP protocol is the next step and hopefully this will be the winning treatment. Our bodies are quite amazing and they are meant to heal! But sometimes they need some extra help to stay healthy.
Being able to have a 2nd opinion or possibly be treated at a large cancer center will give you access to a broader range of treatments and speciality doctors.
I wish you well on this next round of treatment! Will you keep me updated please?
