Pericarditis symptoms

I was recently diagnosed after a cardiac MRI I was in and out of the hospital several times with various heart issues and fluid in my lung, but this seems to be the final diagnosis. I’ve been put on aspirin and that anti-inflammatory medication at a very low dose. But I’ve had very little improvement. I may go two days without a fever and then the fever will come back. It’s usually a low-grade fever, but I’m super weak and can barely get around the house. This is been going on for nearly 2 weeks. I have an appointment to see a pericarditis expert at the mayo, but until then has anyone else had symptoms of a fever without really, really much much pain pain in the chest
