Peppermint capsules / colofac

Does anyone have experience of using pepermint pills / capsules to relieve ibs pain. Do i take them instead of buscupan / meberverine or as well

Oh it may be awesome in terms of benefits - but i despise the taste and would gag drinking it 🙂

I found the tablets helpful for a couple of days but they are not for people with Barrett's. I stopped for that reason.
