Pelvic organ prolapse

I won’t get to see a urogynecologist until Dec. for pelvic organ prolapse. I was wondering if any suggestions on how to relieve this very uncomfortable feeling until my appointment (other than a pessary). (Also, have tried tampons which won’t stay in).

Ask one of your doctors to prescribe estrogen cream. If they think this is a big deal ask them to just prescribe once with no refills. Until you can see urogynecologist.
This is what saved me. I seem to be a slow learner, so I stopped using it and stopped doing pelvic floor exercises- all the symptoms came back.
Now, i use the estrogen cream twice a week and coconut oil in between. This seems to work, so I am committed to it.
