Hi @hado123456,
Papaya seeds contain papain, a proteolytic enzyme that aids in protein digestion and may support general digestive health. However, I do not believe that they can replace prescribed pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy (PERT) for conditions like exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) or after surgery for pancreatic cancer. This is a good question for your cancer doctor.
