pain relief ideas

hi I am 55 and suffer from fibromyalgia, arthritis, neuropathy, and a lot of other issues. i am in tremendous pain head to toe daily. really fed up. tried everything and top it off can't sleep. up for 3days straight. i really appreciate you taking time to read this. nobody else understands the suffering going through. needed to vent. any ideas to get rid of the pain??? thanks for your time

I have Small Fiber Neuropathy and have burning pain from my to my toes as well! I’m so sorry you’re going through this! I haven’t found anything that alleviates my pain yet but I did want to share that I went through weeks of not being able to sleep for several days at a time! It takes the pain to a whole other level! My doctor put me on a sleep aid and I am able to sleep through the night thank God! It doesn’t take the pain away but I can at least get rest which makes it easier to deal with everything else!
