Pain in right side of torso

I’m experiencing intermittent dull pain which feels like it’s an organ area on the right side of torso on the back side. I woke up yesterday with severe lower back pain that was radiating around my hips to the front. Sitting down gave me relief but walking caused additional pain. The dull pain on right side felt stronger in pain as well. I ended up in ER where I had a contrast CT scan, blood, and urine tested. Now I feel crazy, as everything came back in normal range. I do not know what to do. Something is just not right. Any ideas? Thank you so much
