Pain and cramping after atlif l-4l-5 surgery

I had surgery back in December and I'm at 6 months still having pain in my lower back and prior to the surgery I had cramping in my right foot in the big and second toe and the day of the surgery it moved to my left foot now I'm almost at 6months and the cramping/pressure is happening in my left foot is this part of the healing ?
