Pacemaker not in the right place after battery change

I just had my battery change 2months ago and I am having a lot of pain my first one didn’t have any pain but this one hits the bones in my neck and it doesn’t feel like it isn’t in the same place I can reach under it and it almost flips over. That can’t be normal what should I do

A visit to the doctor who replaced the battery pacemaker is what you should do, if not go to emergency room.
