Pacemake challenges

I'm looking to find out if anyone experiences similar symptoms.
There are times I have pain in my left chest. I think I figured out one reason--I carry my purse on my left shoulder! I've stopped doing it.
I'm still getting some pains--not serious--just annoying. I've gone to the hospital twice in the last month concerned about heart issues. They could find nothing.

It seems if I do a lot of physical work with my left arm, I seem to come up with aches & pains. Again, nothing serious, just annoying

I think your left shoulder and side are trying to tell you something. Could it be that you might profit from four or five sessions with a good physical therapist? As the dad of an excellent one, my youngest daughter in Calgary, my money would be slapped down on, 'Yewbetcha!'

Thanks for your comments. I haven't tried physical therapy yet. I've been doing a lot of computer work lately.

A few hours ago, it was acking(?). I quit for about 3 hours and it is fine. Glad to hear from a fellow Canadian. I don't live in Calgary so I can't take advantage of your daughter's skills.

If it keeps up, I just might try it. Right now I'm trying a combination of acupuncture and lazar to reduce the pain from spinal stenosis and the operation. I'm amazed how well that's working.

It's different for everyone. My acupuncturist was operated on and walked out of the hospital. I'm glad the surgeon was honest about not making any promises. I just wish that there had been more communication about might happen and how to deal with it.

I've had to do my own research and experimentation to find out what's the best way to go.

Neither my family doctor or cardiologist explained the risks of taking Advil more than 3 days in a row.

This goes for those prickly pains in my left chest. They look at me dumbly. Considering women present differently than men when it comes to heart problems, you would think the "experts" would have some ideas.

After I complained here, the pain in my left shoulder suddenly disappeared!

I'm being careful not to use my left shoulder for my purse. It's not easy to give up a habit of many, many years.
