74yrs in Ghana and was just diagonised of Ovarian cancer and I get any oncologist to guide me?

@agarthamensah Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect and to our Gynecological Cancers support group. We are not medical professionals here on Mayo Clinic Connect. We are all patients who in this group have had cancer and we write to support one another with our own experiences. So, there isn’t an oncologist or any doctors on this website to guide you.

its been a long time since i was in Ghana but i'd recommend checking with one of the teaching hospitals there.. depending on where in Ghana you are... if you are in or near Accra, probably Korle Bu Teaching Hospital ...if further north in the Ashanti region then maybe consider Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi... i know its not much help but you'll definitely get your best care at a teaching hospital...
Hopefully you can find a good oncologist to guide your treatment.
