Does anyone use or used Tymlos for osteoporosis?

Thank you. I will. I just want to find the best alternative I can to reclast.

@fresian1 Reclast is the best for locking in gains and can result in further gains in bone density. Even Keith McCormick ("Great Bones", the chiropractor often cited here for his expertise in holistic approaches as well as meds ) did Fosamax after Forteo. Bone loss will occur if we don't follow up with a med to consolidate our gains.

I did Tymlos for two years, Evnity for four months, and am now doing Reclast, probably for 3 years. Oral bisphosphonates would be my first choice but I have GERD and can't tolerate them. Some on here are doing risendronate in hopes that its weaker action will make future anabolics more effective.

I have had two dental implants fail (they just fell out) due to inadequate bone in my jaw, even after bone grafts. I have read that just having implants puts you at higher risk of neocronosis of the jaw (with biophosphonates) but I haven’t found any info on how much it increases your risk. My endocrinologist doesn’t know. That is a concern for me.

@fresian1 I don't blame you for being concerned! I have one root under surveillance 🙂
