Osteoboost effectiveness

I am just reading about the FDA cleared medical device Osteoboost.
Of course, the question is "does it really work?"
I am on Exemestane, just diagnosed with osteopenia in my left hip and wondering if this device is worth the cost.
Which, no surprise, is quite high.
I will bring it up with my breast oncologist but wondering if anyone is using it and if they found it to actually help decrease bone loss.
