Orgovyx prices world wide

Posted by oldgreenpaint @oldgreenpaint, Apr 6 7:45am

So I am done with ADT. I took Firmagon, and since administered as an outpatient it is covered in Medicare Part B. Had I had my way, I would have chosen Orgovyx, but the prices I was aware of put it at each tablet being about $90. Just for fun I did some searching and found it available from foreign pharmacies for as low as $10 a tablet. If you don’t have drug insurance, and want Orgovyx this may be a good option and worth checking Into. https://www.pharmacychecker.com/orgovyx/

@oldgreenpaint Why? Don't you know all us Americans are rich?? :).

I don't get it either. I really feel bad for those with any form of cancer with no health insurance. It's almost a guaranteed death sentence. I would have no problem with paying the lowest price the big pharmaceuticals get for overseas pricing.

@chipe Your sarcasm is spot on! If a group of people has any form of wealth, then it seems the plan is always to take it away from them one way or another. And you are correct. That is how the USA is often viewed. Incorrectly. I never bought into the Medicare drug plan 9 years ago when I became eligible. Part D was so incomprehensible that I just gave up. A Donut Hole? Let’s make it so impossible to understand that drug coverage isn’t popular. I think it has gotten better? But my 9 year penalty now makes it unaffordable. The Advantage Plans are starting to go away with many hospitals not accepting them anymore. I think Mayo takes just one?

I actually order some OTC meds from Europe which are here Rx (???) - that is another insane thing !

If the whole Europe and Australia have some allergy eye drop OTC why is it here in the USA by prescription only _ oh we know why LOL

This particular medicine was costing me $ 150 here, and it is about 13 Euros in Nederlands or Spain. TEN TIMES CHEAPER !

I guess this thread will be blocked soon (as always)... XP

I once had a colleague who had a visa to work short periods in the U.S. He'd always take a big supply of Polysporin with him on the client visits, because he knew he wouldn't be able to buy any there off the shelf.

In the good old USA it’s set up to drain senior citizens of every dime they saved over a lifetime of working hard to pay their own way. It’s called Pride. Well if you don’t swallow some of that pride you’ll find yourself living on the street. List price for 30 Orgovyx pills is just under $3,000. Or $100 per pill. Being retired for almost 18 years we have paid out hundreds of thousands of dollars for health care. That’s insurance, co pays. Deductibles and prescriptions. So when I got a call from the pharmacy to ship my 30 Orgovyx pills with a co pay of $1,329.50….. I said don’t send them I’m not paying. Long story short, after a couple weeks on the telephone I got the Orgovyx manufacture to pay 100% of my Orgovyx pills for the entire year 2026. So if you have been retired for a long time and have a outdated income….. fight for your rights. Bid Bless all of you. Ken

Oh tell me about it lol, any time I travel "home" I replenish my medicine cabinet with all kind of stuff ha ha. If you know local pharmacist you can buy even Rx stuff ; ). Also , they have some really good pain meds OTC that are non existent here. And yes - wound care powder antibiotic is just lifesaving ! It does not exist here - only creams *eyeroll Every wound heals 3 times faster with powder since it keeps wound dry and sterile. And all that for "pennies". ; )
