Opioid withdraw fatigue

Posted by teralinda1 @teralinda1, Jun 21 3:34pm

I have been off Norco for 6 months. I took only ONE 10/325 per day for 5 years. I did a very slow taper so I had no withdrawal symptoms other than a runny nose for a few days. However, little by little fatigue has been so bad I spend most of my days sleeping. Any activity exhausts me. My vision is deteriorating and my brain feels like it’s inflammed or damaged. Mybloodwork all looks good and neurologist does not think I should feel fatigue 6 months later. Anyone else? Is there hope?

Hi I just felt bad when I read your message, it’s very hard to cope with symptoms as bad as what you have described. I don’t know what to tell you because I don’t know anything about you, age, existing health problems, however I found your symptoms very similar to long covid, have you been infected or tested? I hope you seek help from a professional medical person to get the best care and perhaps help you find out what you’re ailing from, best wishes.
