I've been following Kelli at cancerrehabpt.com for a few years. She offers great advice and YouTube videos on our H and N cancer rehab. She recently recommended another therapist to me. Her websites are Laurenmeffin.com and Headneckrehab.com. She is also on Instagram at headneckrehab.
Great advice on managing lymph, scar tissue and fibrosis.

Thank you for this information. I am severely affected by trismis and fibrosis since my head and neck surgery and radiation. Eating is a real challenge, but it's amazing how creative you can get when push comes to shove. So far I am maintaining my weight. I go to PT twice a week, and have dry needling twice a week, which has helped significantly. Please keep sharing any tips or suggestions. You never know when something might help!
