Online kidney support group meetings by Mayo Clinic

I read about this support group for kidney transplant only. (versus liver/kidney). When I called the Rochester number, they simply transferred me to Phoenix. Can anyone who is part of this group help? Here is the post: The Mayo Clinic Kidney Transplant Support Group invites you to meet online to get information about kidney transplant, ask questions, meet others who have an interest in kidney transplant, and share your story if you are comfortable doing so.

The group meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 3 pm CT (find your time zone)

The meeting is open to all Mayo Clinic patients who are in need of a kidney transplant or have previously undergone a kidney transplant.

To register and receive the Zoom invite, contact the Mayo Social Work office to speak with your kidney transplant social worker at 507-284-2131.

Hello,

I found this information in the caregiver packet that was sent to my husband to share with me. This is from the Arizona Mayo Clinic. I also joined the liver/kidney group zoom group and realized it wasn't the right fit for me.
Mayo Clinic Transplant Caregiver Support group. Meets 1st & 3rd Friday of every month on Zoom at 11 a.m-12 p.m. (AZ time).

@olgaetch0109, that is helpful information. As you noted, the group you posted about is for Caregivers. Caregivers of Liver and Kidney Transplant patients can contact the support group facilitator, Jenna Rosenberg, LMSW, with questions at 480-342-4289.

@benedict66066, I believe you are looking for kidney transplant recipient meetings.
There is a meeting today at 3pm Central Time - so in a few minutes.
