Often get these white spots on tonsils

I have been told it could be strep, but the doctor barley looked (this was months ago) . Ive taken antibiotics goes away and comes back. Always on the right side mostly. Could it be tonsil stones!? Please help. I also get frequent canker sores (very small on right side of tongue ulcers) any ideas?

My daughter has tonsil stones and they look like that. Has your doctor seen those, or a dentist? Antibiotics won't help if that is what they are, so diagnosis could save you from antibiotics.

@windyshores thank you! I went to take another look and it has now disappeared! Only a doctor has seen it and she automatically said it was strep (no test or anything) I am sure its tonsil stones as well!

@otiff15 did they do a strep test? Did they prescribe antibiotics?

My daughter gets these all the time. Sometimes she removes them with a Q-tip.
