Rosacea, yes. Sterilid spray.
If there is itching, Aquaphor.

Yes, I had Demodex blepharitis. Optometrist recommended 'We Love Eyes' on Amazon. It is a foaming cleanser containing tea tree oil. Use daily for a month and use your fingers or baby toothbrush to gently cleanse your eyelashes. If that doesn't work there is a RX.
