Has anyone experienced and found a way to manage side effects with Nucala, 300mg?

My husband injects me in my belly with the auto-inject pen because when I have tried, I bruise myself and also don’t get all of the medicine because I don’t get the proper angle on myself. He’s willing and does a good job, so he does it.

Has anyone tried having Nucala shipped to them overseas? We will be traveling and I'm supposed to get a dose while in Japan. I have the address of my hotel and am debating whether to just have my dose 5 weeks after my prior dose or trying to have CVS Specialty pharmacy mail it to me at my hotel in Tokyo. My pulmonologist reluctantly said I COULD wait until returning to the US to get my dose, at 5 weeks after my prior dose but said that it's better to have them 4 weeks apart.

I’ve carried my Nucala doses on the plane in a lunch bag (couldn’t find a medical bag with enough space for three boxes). I use several ice packs and then wrap Nucala in bubble wrap so the ice isn’t directly on the boxes. I’ve only flown across country so far (6 hours) but it worked great. We’re traveling to Copenhagen for a month in July and I’m going to do it again bc I’m due two weeks after we get there so it would be too long to go if I waited. I’m going to bring some bags with me as Reddit posts have said the flight attendants will fill them with ice so you can keep it cold. Not sure yet what to do about monitoring the temperature though. Let me know if you get CVS to ship to Japan for you!
