Anyone else who has experienced significant fatigue when spacing out the Kevzara injections?

I experienced extreme fatigue when stopping the prednisone. It seemed to take 5-6 months to feel better. I did not take Kevzara. My PMR had went to remission. I am not sure how long you were on prednisone and when you stopped but prednisone in itself can cause the problem. I think we have overworked our cortisol system and it just takes awhile to restart to your daily needs.

Like tuckerp says, the fatigue could be from tapering off of prednisone, but it could also be due to your PMR not being full controlled. Since you are spacing your injections out, the level of Kevzara in your body goes down. It could be that the level has dropped below the level needed to control your PMR. If the fatigue continues you should discuss it with your doctor.
