Non-fat Goat Milk and Acne
I am currently planning to purchase a Non-fat Powdered Goat Milk product, considering the benefits of goat milk. However, I am still skeptical about buying since there is information on the web saying that skimmed or non-fat milk may cause acne. Regarding this one, may I ask for an assurance that this information is false?

As far as whether or not it causes acne, it is a mixed bag according to the studies.

With a good skin regimen and practicing moderation with the goats milk, you should be ok unless you have had really bad bouts of acne before. Have you had a problem with acne in the past?
Yes, I do have problems with acne before. This is why I'm still skeptical about buying goat's milk. Thank you for your response.
