Nodify blood test

I had a pet scan done two days ago. Nodule showed no uptake. Great news however, doctors office called to say my nodify results came back and the doc wants to discuss with me. I’m scared to death and have no idea what is happening. Has anyone had this test done is it accurate? Help!
