Newest and best long covid recovery treatments?
Has anyone had any substantial or helpful treatment for severe long covid?
Interested to hear any novel therapies being explored. At this point, I am so tired and now have pots and ME with significant symptoms for 2 years.
Looking for some hopeful ideas.

I drink trulabs electrolyte 2x day to keep my BP up. It's made with monk fruit and the sodium is less than liquid IV.
UPDATE: I just wanted to hop on and give an update while I was thinking about it, lest I forget, as per my usual. 🙂 To date, I have done about 4 sessions of fasting: 1st was a 36 hour fast of clear liquids only for my 5 year routine colonoscopy and the rest have been intermittent fasting of more or less, 16 hours. The thought behind this is that when fasting, your body starts to consume the cells in your body for food/energy (called autophagy) and it always starts with "dead cells" first which gets rid of the dead spike protein from COVID which is thought to be the main culprit behind many LC symptoms. Apparently, there were very good results in some testing that showed that people who underwent a 72 hour fast had great results with many feeling almost normal again towards the end of the fast. However, it is only recommended to do a lengthy fast like under controlled, medical supervision so you can be monitored as bad things can happen when you starve your body for that long. Me personally? I am not that brave and as it is I was getting "hangry" towards the end of 16 hours so I can only imagine what state I'd be in after 72 hours. My results so far are not earth moving but I do find that I am starting to feel a little more clear headed and can do small things I used to take for granted. For example, when a website sends you a 6 digit code when logging in, I used to be able to read it once and type it in but after COVID I would have to go 1 digit at a time because my short term memory was so bad. I am now starting to get that back to what it was so, again, not earth shattering but still encouraging. I'll paste the URL for the site I found this on below in the hopes that it may help someone else since I know that I was just about ready to try anything to get back to normal . Also, I am sure there are many on here smarter than I am that can explain it better so feel free to correct or elaborate on this for the group. Stay strong everyone!
