Chronic phase of CML: Anyone treated with Scemblix (asciminib)?

I’m 72 years old and have my first appointment with my CML specialist on 9/8/2026 for the chronic phase of CML and take the medication Asciminib. Has anyone had debilitating side effects from this medication? I have pre-existing multiple co-occurring disorders.
