New bronchiectasis pharmaceutical

My pulmonologist told me last visit a couple of weeks ago that there is a new drug coming for bronchiectasis that will limit mucus production and be great for me. He said he likes to wait a while to see how it goes, side effects, etc. I see him in two months maybe to get on the drug. Anyone know anything about this?

Here's a recent thread on Brensocatib, the pharmaceutical for bronchiectasis to be approved August 12, 2025, hopefully.
