Neutropenia and Reclast

I have neutropenia and recently came across some information suggesting that Reclast may suppress neutrophils.
Has anyone noticed a drop in their neutrophil count or overall white blood cell levels following a Reclast injection? Any information or personal experience you're willing to share would be really helpful. Thank you!

I have neutropenia as well. Someone on this site mentioned drop in their blood work with Evenity as well. I looked for the link they provided, but can't find it. Definitely concerning. I also have chronic low red blood count, so like to get as much research as I can before doing some of these meds.
