Neuropathy sudden stiffness in my feet & ankles.

Has anyone had a sudden flare up of stiffness in the feet & ankles? Came on suddenly over night. Worst in 15 years. I don’t know why now.

Has anyone tried the shoe Inserts with magnet in them?

It might have been a reaction to amoxicillin. I stopped it & it improved.
I wear barefoot shoes which really help with strength & balance.
